Matthew has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. He currently resides in Oro Valley, Arizona with his wife and 6 kids. His favorite kind of borrower is the detailed one. He loves numbers and enjoys working with people who truly have a love for the process. He helps borrowers on their journey towards homebuying, refinancing, or investing all across the country. 

Thomas has over 8 years of mortgage industry experience. He is an avid outdoorsman ad enjoys spending time outside hunting. He specializes in Residential loans, investment financing, and Veteran Loans. He is a proud supporter of First Responders and Veterans and has a true passion for giving back through Community Programs and Events.

Lindsey has over 2 years of mortgage experienced. She lives in Oro Valley with her husband and her daughter. Her favorite kind of borrower are first time homebuyers. She loves working with their excitement and developing lifetime relationships. She loves educating real estate agents about the loan process and creative ways to adapt to the current market.

Dustin has over 10 years of mortgage experience. He currently lives in Oro Valley, AZ and is a father of 2. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time building partnerships both on and off the golf course. He specializes in residential loans as well as investment loans. He participates in real estate training events and is a tremendous resource to our team.

Terri has been in the mortgage industry for more than 33 years. She has worked in various areas of the business including processing, operations, training, pre-underwriting, and loan origination. Her experience translates into managing the operation side. In her free time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family, repurposing old items into new, gardening, and cooking for her family and friends.

With over 18 years of marketing experience and brand development Erin joined the Kaiser Group in 2022. She specializes in consumer direct marketing and focuses on developing stronger more intentional relationships with preferred business partners. She is a public speaker, expert in niche marketing, brand development, and business strategy.
